Hi Art, You need to look at the overall structure from all sides. In other words, after you move one structure, then you need to unfreeze the other one so that both structures are movable, and rotate the whole thing so you can see from the side. Then go back to moving only one while the other is frozen. People usually need to do this several times until the whole 3D complex is satisfactory, and it can take a long time. Also, you can move a structure with the mouse in the Z direction (away/toward) with Ctrl-middle mouse button, as described in the manual. However, usually you will still need to rotate the entire view (when both structures are activated for motion) to really understand the overall complex in 3D. Your instructions were clear. I used the Model panel to selectively move one of the structures. A question remains however. The structural relationship I obtain after many different attempts always seems to have the one structure below the other structure. I would like to have it on top of the second structure. Is there a way to achieve this.
