You can try swapaa on the chimera command line http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/swapaa.html for example: swapaa trp #0:23.a changes residue 23 of chain a on model 0 to trp. hope that helps, Sabuj Pattanayek ROBERT LAVIERI wrote:
