Hi Amy, You can save attributes such as per-atom areaSAS and areaSES using Render by Attribute. Open that tool (from menu under Tools... Structure Analysis) and in its menu choose "File... Save Attributes." In the save dialog specify which attribute you want, probably "areaSAS" of "atoms".
