[Chimera-users] How to save a dragged pdb

Hello: I  dragged a partial thread pdb to dock a volume map with UCSF-Chemira, but when I saved the pdb, and open the new pdb and the mrc file, they are still uncouple. Please point out the mistakes in my method, thank you very much. fig 1. Yellow chain is the partial thread pdb, pink one is native pdb, grey one is the volume data. fig 2.
