Which version of chimera are you using? This is supposed to be fixed in 1.2422, but I see that at least part of the fix didn't make it into the Windows distribution. Please try out tomorrow's test build (Oct 09, 2007) from <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/alpha-downloads.html> and if the bug is still there, use the "Report a Bug" dialog in the Help menu to file a bug.
