Dear Dmitry, There isn’t an option to save maps in the same file as the rest of a Chimera session, sorry. It is in our list of requests, see <http://plato.cgl.ucsf.edu/pipermail/chimera-users/2015-September/011496.html> However, following that discussion thread I see that Oliver Clarke has suggested an alias you can use to save all maps in a subdirectory with the session name along with the Chimera session file, see <http://plato.cgl.ucsf.edu/pipermail/chimera-users/2015-September/011497.html> I hope this helps, Elaine ---------- Elaine C. Thank you
Sincerely, Dmitry
