Hi David, The correct version of that command would be: rlabel :71.a Command-line specification is explained here: <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/frameatom_spec.html> You can save image files with menu: File... Save Image (or command "copy"). Actually for nice labels in an image, you might want to use 2D Labels instead (menu: Tools.. Utilities... 2D Labels). Click the Help button on that dialog for more information on how to use it. See also Chimera tutorials and tips for making nice images: <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/Outreach/Tutorials/GettingStarted.html> <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/frametut.html> <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/print.html#tips> You can search for help topics using the Chimera menu: Help... Search Documentation. I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. I wish to label certain residues and have these appear along with the structure. I have used the Command line to enter the following.
rlabel Met_71.A
What other Command(s) is required to display and later print the labeled structure?
Many thanks!
