Hi Weimin, Type in the Chimera command-line (at the bottom of the main window) the command "ac" and press the Enter key to reenable keyboard shortcuts (ie accelerators). If you are typing keyboard shortcuts and want to switch to the command-line use shortcut "cl". Typed keys either go to the command-line if that is what you used most recently or are interpreted as keyboard shortcuts. Tom
A command box was open to input a sym command to generate 60 copies of a pdb structure on the virus capsid surface. Does anybody know how to close this command box? because the keyboard accelerator "es" always goes to command line instead of erasing the density I specified. It is really annoying.
