[Chimera-users] Rotation & Translation matrix to match

Hi After using "Matchmaker" (to align two structures) or "Fit in Map" (to align a structure to a density map) is there a way to retrieve the transformation matrix that was applied to get the match ? I seem to remember that this info was in the reply log window. However I don't see it after matching two structures using Matchmaker (I see some other data regarding the matching but not the transformation matrix) Thanks Hernando
