In the context of stereo viewing, you might want to read my previous post on the chimera-users list at <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/pipermail/chimera-users/2006-May/000779.html>. The instructions are the same, but the motivation is different. Note that the effect of increasing the view angle is not the same as a fish-eye lens on a camera, but is rather a wide-angle view, like sitting real close the screen at a movie theatre. To get a real fish-eye view, I'd recommend exporting the chimere scene and using POV-Ray or a Renderman renderer and substitute a fish-eye lens camera for the one in the file.
