Hi Arthur, No, certainly not with Chimera, if you really meant a PDF file. If you meant a structure that is open in Chimera (like from a PDB file), yes you can save it as a stereo image. The File… Save Image dialog has “Image type” near the lower right with choices including: same as screen stereo pair wall-eye stereo pair You can either choose one of those “stereo pair” options, or make the screen show stereo (e.g. with “stereo” command ) and choose “same as screen”.
