Sorry, no, I'd really like to help out but there's just no facility for reading ptraj output in Chimera at this point. It looks like the IED plug-in for VMD is the way to go here. I've added your request to my MD to-do list, but it will likely be a long time before I will be able to get to it. Again, sorry.
