Hi Mohamed, For future reference, Chimera questions should be sent to chimera-users@cgl.ucsf.edu (CC’d here). Those normal mode web servers I mentioned in an earlier message are not connected to Chimera. You would have to just go to the links I gave and use them separately. <http://plato.cgl.ucsf.edu/pipermail/chimera-users/2016-November/012909.html> The Chimera daily builds (not the production releases) include an experimental feature developed by an outside group, menu: Tools… Structure Analysis… Calculate Normal Modes. However, I don’t know how to use it and it does not have any Help, so I’d probably use some web server outside of Chimera instead. I only mentioned a few web servers, you could probably find many more with a web serach. I hope this helps, Elaine ---------- Elaine C. Hello.
I am wondering whether Chimera can do these calculations natively? Or do I need some plug ins?
Thanks. Mohamed
