This is most likely a graphics driver bug. Check out the Chimera graphics driver bugs page: http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/graphics/graphicsbugs.html and see if that helps. If the problem persists, please send us a bug report from Chimera using the "Help -> Report a Bug" menu. The bug report will contain information about your operating system and graphics card so that we can look further into the problem. Conrad Sorani, Marco wrote:
