You have a buggy graphics driver or buggy graphics hardware. So try updating your graphics driver. First check your computer's manufacturer's support web site for a newer driver. If there isn't a newer driver there, then get one from the company that makes the 3D graphics accelerator in your computer. To be more specific, I'd need to know the make and model name of your computer, which operating system it is running, and what kind of 3D graphics hardware it has.
