Hi Yehuda, There’s an option for where the files are written. If you are using the command, see options for “movie record” <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/movie.html#record-opt...> If you are using the Movie Recorder tool, then see Frame Options: Directory <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/recorder/recorder....> I’m on a Mac, but on Windows I believe you can include the drive in these directory specifications. I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Meng, Ph.D. UCSF Chimera(X) team Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry University of California, San Francisco

Hi all, I try to make a movie in chimera and it fills my C drive. Can I change the temp folder, in which the pics are stored, to another empty drive? Thanks, Yehuda Halfon
