Hello!<br><br>I&#39;ve been working with some virus models, and was hoping to use molmap with the symmetry option.  The main reason I&#39;m not using multiscale models is so that I can create a single surface for several of the different chains in the capsid.  I&#39;ve been having a little trouble getting this to work, and I&#39;m not sure if I&#39;m doing it correctly:<br>
<br>molmap :.A-C 10 symmetry biomt<br><br>Is this correct?  Doing this gives me the error: &quot;Keyword &#39;symmetry&#39; doesn&#39;t match any known keywords&quot;<br><br>Advice?<br><br>thanks,<br><br>Janet<br>
