Hi, Toshiki. I've added an "Export..." button to the RRDistMaps dialog. You can choose either tab-separated- or comma-separated-values format for the output file. The output always includes the distance matrix. If the standard deviation matrix is calculated (for combined or SD mode) then it appears after the distance matrix. The matrices are preceded by a line that looks like "# Distance" or "Std Dev" and followed by the line "# End Matrix". This should be in the daily build tomorrow (dated Jun 14, 2016 or later). Please give it a try and let me know whether it is sufficient. Conrad On 6/9/2016 4:42 AM, Toshiki Nakashige wrote:
Hello,
I am creating distance difference plots and was interested in exporting the plots. I want to generate two plots comparing different chains, and since the maximum and minimum difference values are different for each plot, I'm not able to have both plots on the same color scale. Is there a way to export the figure as a table of numbers such that I can create a color scale in a different program? I only see the icon to save the figure as an image and am not sure if there is an export as table option.
Thank you, Toshiki
