Chimera's POV-Ray output is designed for the POV-Ray 3.6.1 that is bundled with Chimera.  If you get it to work with POV-Ray 3.7, please share with the mailing list what you had to "fix".

The POV-Ray 3.6 distribution includes transforms.inc in CHIMERA/share/povray-3.6/include, where CHIMERA is where Chimera is installed.  POV-Ray 3.7 also has an include directory, so if you're using /usr/local/bin/povray, that would be /usr/local/share/povray-3.7.  On Ubuntu, the POV-Ray includes are in a separate package, but are automatically installed when POV-Ray is installed.  So the includes might be in a separate package.  Once they are installed, I would expect POV-Ray to automatically find them.  The include directory should be already configured in /usr/local/etc/povray/3.7/povray.conf and povray.ini.

I have done an Export Scene command to generate a POV Ray file for external rendering (Chimera 1.11.2 and Mac OS 10.12.6) using the default Chimera settings. If I open the file in POV Ray 3.70, the Render command gives the following error message:

Possible Parse Error: Cannot find file 'transforms.inc', even after trying to append file type extension.

"/Users/Greg/Dropbox/POV Ray/POV Prac 2.pov"

Parse Error: Cannot open include file transforms.inc.

Any suggestions for fixing the file?

Thanks,
