Some people who have complained about this issue with other programs (e.g. coot) mention that changing the height of their eyes in relation to the display fixes the problem, i.e. changing the height of the monitor, the height of the chair they are sitting in, or moving the display window (not always possible if it's fullscreened) fixes this issue: http://strucbio.biologie.uni-konstanz.de/ccp4wiki/index.php/Coot_zalman#Inve... BTW, the "simple" fix is to flip the glasses upside down :-).
