Hi Prathvi,
Depends what you mean by "convenient," but your two choices are:
(1) open the 2D Labels dialog again
<https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/2dlabels/2dlabels.html>
- OR -
(2) open Preferences (from Favorites menu), and in that dialog go to Category: Mouse, then assign some button to the move-2D-labels function. The icon looks like a vertical "ABC". There are also icons for the mouse modes that move the regular "3D" labels, or 2D arrows, or color key. However, if you want to use that mouse button for its normal function again, you have to change it back manually in this Mouse preferences dialog. (So it might still be easier just to reopen the 2D Labels tool instead.)

In ChimeraX it is different and maybe more convenient: the mousemode icons are on a toolbar across the top for easy switching.
I hope this helps,
Elaine
