Hello, The last time I saw this, it was because the computer didn't have the Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 runtime installed. Please try installing the runtime from Microsoft at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=9b2da534-3e03-43... <http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=9b2da534-3e03-43...> and then see if the chimera installation works.
