I have a molecule that I want to save as an eps file. I got to File --> Save Image --> Save As -->change the file type to eps and click Save, but no eps file appears in the directory I specified. I can confirm that it works here. Maybe chimera is saving the file in a different directory? Try just changing the file type to EPS and not the directory to see if the image is saved properly. If that doesn't help, please use chimera's Report a Bug dialog in the Help menu to file a bug report and we'll track this down further. Greg Couch UCSF Computer Graphics
