Even if you manage to get a literal newline (or its Unicode equivalent) into an atom label, it doesn’t produce a newline, it just shows a boxed question mark instead. There’s a horrible workaround that I barely want to mention. You could open 4 copies of the structure and have each one show a different part of the label, with a different label offset for each. You would have to change the labelopt before labeling each structure.
