Dear Sir, The BIOMT transformations are already in the REMARK 350 lines in this PDB file (you can see them if you view it with a text editor). However, sounds like you mainly just want to generate the biological unit rather than to look at these lines of text. You can generate the biological unit in Chimera by simply opening 5mct and using the sym command. For example, if it is opened as model #0, command:
sym #0
