Not sure what you mean. If the surface is an isosurface like those displayed by Chimera then the inside has higher density and the outside has lower density. So what does "higher than its neighboring region" mean? Tom On Mar 27, 2014, at 5:40 PM, Anindito Sen wrote:
Dear all,
I was wondering if there is any way one can measure the surface area with a threshold higher than its neighbouring region in a TEM micrograph ?
Thanks
