Dear Kamil, It means exactly what it says, you have to enter something that literally includes “$name” or “$number”. For example, you could enter A1_$number.pdb Then Chimera substitutes in the actual numbers, to create multiple different names from the single name that you entered. I set the name to eg. A1_01 and/or A1_$01 but none of this works. How shall I manage that?
