Hi Geoerge, You can save images at essentially any size and resolution that you want, using menu File... Save Image or command "copy," see: <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/print.html> If you meant you wanted to add a water box, see Tools... Structure Editing... Solvate: <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/solvate/solvate.htm...> I hope this helps, Elaine ---------- Elaine C. Is it possible to depict in Chimera a protein and/or ligand (any) in a water box. The reason I'm asking is because I want to show the thermodynamic cycle for calculating a binding free energy. The image should be high resolution for publication purposes.
Many thanks in advance for any suggestions Regards George
