Is it possible to retrieve the transformation matrix (or angle of rotation and translation) that the Matchmaker tool used to align two atomic models ?. I know that you can get this information when fitting an atomic model into a density map using the tool Fit in Map and then pressing the Results button. Is there anything similar for the MatchMaker tool ?.
