Thank you for responding.
I can't specifically remember what the error message says, as I have to go to my IT specialist to install any software on this work laptop. It basically runs through the install sequence (the window with the progress bar shows up), and completes the progress (gets to the end of the bar) before the next window informing us that the install has failed appears.
I plan to go in next Wed (Jul 14) and re-try installation, and if the same message comes up I'll have her take a screencap. I'm sorry I cannot be more specific. It didn't occur to me to take a pic of the message before.
