There is a Linux version of Chimera available on the download page.  Please try it.  It should work on any current version of Linux except Fedora 29.  That is a bug.  The workaround for Fedora 29 is to remove the lib/libfreetype.so* and lib/libz.so* files.

I am new in the molecular docking field and I would like to start using Chimera. I would like to install it in Linux but use a GUI as in Windows. Is it possible?
