I am trying to model a protein in chimera using the model loop command.

I get this error: Modeller temporary directory: c:\users\admini~1\appdata\local\temp\modellerjtn4xd

Unable to run modeller: [Error 2] The system cannot find the file specified

Do you know where I am going wrong?
