Dear Chimera-Users

I've recently changed my computer to a quad core system which runs Red Hat and virtual Windows. I've installed chimera (32 bit) on both linux and windows. I have tried using chimera downloads posted in both June and July this year but cannot get surface rendering to work for either operating system. Is this a bug with recent versions of chimera, and if so, how do I fix it, or is it a bug with my new system?
