On Windows, there is a "Chimera - Debug" start menu item, which is the equivalent of using the --debug command line option. If you run that, you will see a terminal window with the error message in it. You can either copy & paste the error message into email, or get a screenshot of the window, and send it to chimera-bugs@cgl.ucsf.edu. That said, the most common error is a buggy graphics driver. So I'd recommend that you try upgrading the graphics driver. Good luck, Greg On 05/19/2017 10:08 PM, Lizar wang wrote:
Good morning,
When I open Chimera11.1.2, it shows that" Chimera existed abnormally; the exit code is 1. Use the -- debug command line option for the full error message." What should I do? I cannot see the interface, just this error window.Thank you.
