Hi Sujata, Sorry, you can't build all-atom models from alpha-carbon models using Chimera. Some Web servers can do it, for example, Maxsprout: <http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/maxsprout/index.html> There are probably several others... that's just one I've used in the past.
