Hi Ahmad, I think they really do have exactly the same color but the trace sticks are 3-dimensional so that the shading makes them look darker than the flat wire. You could try different lighting that does not have 3D shading, but then you don’t have 3D shading and it is a totally different appearance.. If you do use the flat lighting (command: light mode ambient), it looks better with black outlines (command: set silhouette), but I doubt that is what you wanted. Elaine

The original structure has the color #beb7beb7beb7. the biological unit geenrated from it has the color #beb8beb8beb8. In ribbon view, the structures look the same, but the chain trace shows a darker colored original structure (see the picture). None of them would allow me to change to the same color code #beb7beb7beb7 or #beb8beb8beb8.
I want all of them to have the same color in chain trace view. How can I fix it?
