I would start with the online documentation for programming and extensions w/ Chimera: http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ProgrammersGuide/Examples/ Then, the Chimera source itself is an excellent resource. Though documentation can be scant, you can often find tricks in existing extension code that may not have been obvious from the docs. - David -- David A. C. Hi all, I would like to try and write an extension to chimera. Could anyone give me some pointers on where to find the tools necessary to do so. Thanks
