Hi Prathvi, You can label anything you want with 2D labels, i.e. you can put any text/symbols in any part of the window. The tool also has a section for adding 2D arrows. In ChimeraX it is different and maybe more convenient: the mousemode icons are on a toolbar across the top for easy switching.
