Hi Paul, I doubt this has anything to do with "vop zflip". Probably if you just open the map in Chimera then save it as MRC without flipping it will not open in CADD MOE. That sounds like a CADD MOE problem since Chimera follows the MRC specification and many other programs correctly open Chimera MRC files. Tom
