Hi Daniel, The Chimera "turn z 27.6923" command rotates about the axis perpendicular to the screen. If you rotated the PDB model after opening it then the PDB coordinates z axis is no longer perpendicular to the screen. You can use the "reset" command to return to the standard orientation with the PDB z-axis perpendicular to the screen before issuing the turn command. Tom
