Hi Domenico, How to show the MODELLER interface is described in those documentation links I sent.
Here's the documentation, which is also included with the build:
<http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/multalignviewer/mul...> <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/multalignviewer/mod...>
To summarize, you would start it from the Structure menu in Multalign Viewer, the dialog that shows sequence alignments. IThe top link above describes how to get a sequence alignment if you don't have one already. However, it is also possible that you didn't get a new enough daily build. Earlier today one of the Mac builds in that table was older than that date, but I see that some more builds have now become available, and now all are new enough (Sept 17 for all platforms):

Hi Domenico, Yes, we are pleased to announce this feature -- it is only in the very latest daily builds, I believe dated Sept 14 and newer. <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/download.html#daily>

Hi, I have found on the MODELLER web page that Chimera has a Modeller interface in the latest nightly builds. Is it right? and is it possible to use it? Thanks a lot, Domenico.
