I would ask for something really simple, just apt for text notes. Currently, I create text files with the same name than sessions but with .txt extension, however I think it would be useful to have this built-in in Chimera.
Hi Miguel, No, the notebook thing has never made it to the top of my to-do list. However, it seems like it will be pretty easy to implement so I will work on it soon and let you know when it's available. It will only go into the 1.7 daily build since we are no longer adding features to 1.6, only fixing bugs.
