Hi all,<br /><br />I'm looking for a tool or an extension that displays the Ramachandran plot of a protein model, similar to the DeepView (SPDBViewer) tool. I'm not interested in the interactive features, just the display of residues as dots on the phi/psi plane, with dots colored, for example, by their C-Alphas' color.<br /><br />Do you know if such a tool was written for Chimera?<br /><br />With regards,<br />Oren<br />
