Awesome, thanks! I have made the movie by scripts. If I want to use Animation tool, what should I do? Change Chimera back script? Thanks.

The bug you reported a few days ago has been fixed!  I just confirmed that with the current daily build of Chimera, you can now save scenes with independent rotation and use them in the Animation tool and in scripts.
