Please help.  I wish to extract and save a region of a protein 20 angstroms from the ligand binding site. How can I do this?  I used "zone"  and "hide" then "save", but this saves the entire protein. In other words, I wish separate out and save certain portions of a structure, not the entire protein. There was no information on this in the tutorial. Can you help me here?  Thank you  much.
