Great, thanks a lot Greg. My model consisted of many spheres, so I just had to combine them.

cheers!

Assuming these are single models, you can achieve that effect by opening the models in one Chimera session.  Then align the structures relative to each other -- the MatchMaker tool might be helpful.  Then use the Tile Structures tool to show them side-by-side.  And the last step is to use the Rotation tool to set the center of rotation method to "independent".  Now each model rotates about its own center and is separated visually from the others.

The Rotation tool is in the Movement category and the others are in the Structure Comparison category.

Hello,

I want to show 2 structures in chimera. I want them to be in different chimera sessions, but then, I want them to be dependant, so when I move one structure, the other structure also moves accordingly. For that matter, I would also like both structures to be in the "same perspective". How could I do that?

Thanks a lot and long live chimera!
