That is the message you would get by clicking the ‘Decline’ button instead of ‘Accept’. I guess, try again and make certain you are clicking ‘Accept’. If you still get that message, try a different browser. If it still happens, do it one more time and note the exact time. Send that time to me (and your time zone) and I will check our web logs for what’s happening.
