Just found that Save as and then choosing the Stockholm format (the last choice) does what I wanted (see below), but maybe there are other options.

 Is there a way using the sequence (or any other)  tool in chimera to save a text file with sequence and corresponding secondary structure assignments as displayed in the sequence tool.
