Hi everybody, The line in the chimerax file "<file ... />" should not be broken in the middle of the URL, as done by the annoying mail program:
<?xml version="1.0"?> <ChimeraPuppet type="std_webdata"> <web_files> <file name="session.py" format="text" loc="http:// sfld.rbvi.ucsf.edu/data/site_sessions/1yey.py"/> </web_files> </ChimeraPuppet>
I've attached the file below to avoid this problem. If all you want to do is open the session file (*.py) in Chimera, another possibility is to just link the python file to the page directly.
