Hi Sam, I take it that your PDB models are already aligned with the maps. Then it is easy. Good morning, I have two density maps, which I want to align for comparison. They are associated to 2 different PDB structures that I can use as references. I want to match the two PDB structures, and use the rotation/translation matrix of this alignment to move the density map as well. Is that possible ?
